My name is Luke Gannaway, and my main goal is to help everybody reach their fitness goals, and I have a passion for doing so. I have been involved in health and fitness my whole life, and have good knowledge within the field.
I am a level three qualified personal trainer, and specialise in fat loss, muscles gain, and sport specific training. My specific and catered training programs will be made for YOU, and help you achieve your desired results.
